Ideal SHG Women Leader

This film explains the success of Smt. Venkata Subbamma a SHG leader form Udumulapadu village of Kurnool district. Smt. Venkata Subbamma with the help of proactive NGO not only achieved success for herself but to the entire village. Film explains how the conflicts were raised in their groups and how they are solved. Smt. Venkata Subbamma availed a loan of Rs. 5,000 from SHGs and with the help of her husband brought a milch animal. After repaying she availed the second loan and opened a tea shop and invested some more money on procuring buffaloes. After getting the returns now she brought a land of 2 acres and started growing paddy in the land. She joined both her sons in the school. Smt. Venkata Subbamma not only making success herself but is showing way to many others in her village with the help of the NGOs.
