The Government of India have sanctioned special project on economic assistance to 6275 IAY house beneficiaries of Madakasira Block, Ananthapur District (2001-2002)   with a total cost of Rs.982.00 lakhs to be shared between central and state governments in the ratio of 75:25. An amount of Rs.607.07 lakhs has been released for implementation of the project.       

An amount of Rs.607.63 lakhs is utilized so far for the benefit of 6081 members

¨       Economic improvement through sheep breeding, ram lamb rearing, dairy, fisheries and decilting of irrigation tanks and thus provide irrigation facilities to small and marginal farmers.

The Government of India have sanctioned special project on  to create employment in rural areas of Nellore District with a total cost of Rs.1201.20 lakhs to be shared between central and state governments in the ratio of 75:25.  An amount of Rs.480.48 lakhs has been released for implementation of the project.
