O R D E R:

 

            The Government of India released an amount of Rs.2652.99 lakhs vide References 1st   cited towards 1st instalment under  Swarnajayanti Gram Swarojgar Yojana  for the 2004-05 to all the (22) DRDAs.   

 

2.     In the G.O. 2nd   read above, Government in Finance Department have issued Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs.389.16 lakhs (Rupees three crore eighty nine lakh sixteen thousand only) towards part of 1st instalment matching state share from the  BE 2004-05 for implementation of SGSY during the year 2004-05 and in the G.O. 4th  read above, an amount of Rs.495.17 lakhs (Rupees four crore ninty five lakhs seventeen thousand only) in relaxation of treasury control orders totalling to Rs.884.33 lakhs (Rupees eight crore eighty four lakhs thirty three thousand only).

 

3.   In the G.O.3rd read above, the Government in PR&RD Department have accorded administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.389.16 lakhs (Rupees three crore eighty nine lakh sixteen thousand only) towards part of 1st instalment matching state share and in the G.O. 5th read above, an amount of Rs.495.17 lakhs (Rupees four crore ninty five lakhs seventeen thousand only)  in relaxation of treasury control orders, totaling to Rs.884.33 lakhs (Rupees eight crore eighty four lakhs thirty three thousand only) to all  (22) DRDAs duly authorizing the Commissioner, Women Empowerment and Self Employment, Hyderabad to release the grant-in-aid to all the District Collectors and Chairmen of the DRDAs  and also to furnish a distribution statement to the Director of Treasuries and Accounts for issue of Budget Authorization/treasury relaxation orders towards release  towards 1st instalment of matching state share for the year 2004-05 for implementation of SGSY programme.

4.     In the reference 6th  read above, the Director of Treasuries and Accounts, AP, Hyderabad has issued budget authorization for a amount of Rs.389.16 lakhs (Rupees three crore eighty nine lakh sixteen thousand only) and in the reference 7th read above, treasury relaxation orders for  an amount of Rs.495.17 lakhs (Rupees four crore ninty five lakhs seventeen thousand only ) and communicated the component-wise budget distribution statements separately to all the District Treasuries Officers concerned duly authorized.

                                                                                   

5.         In view of the above,  the Commissioner (WE&SE), Hyderabad is pleased to release an amount of Rs.884.33 lakhs (Rupees eight crore eighty four lakhs thirty three thousand only)   to all the (22) DRDAs towards  1st instalment of matching state share for the year 2004-05  under Centrally Sponsored Scheme “SGSY”   (Plan) as per the Annexure enclosed to this proceedings.

 

6. The expenditure of Rs.884.33 lakhs (Rupees eight crore eighty four lakhs thirty three thousand only)    shall be debited to the following heads of account as per the following component vise breakup.

 

 

GENERAL PLAN: Rs.700.66 (Rupees seven crores sixty six thousand only)

      MH 003 -  Training

      GH   06 –  Matching State Share of Centrally Sponsored Schemes

7.        The District Collectors and Chairmen of the DRDAs concerned are authorized and requested to draw the amount by means of adjustment to the P.D. Accounts of DRDAs concerned and place them at the disposal of the Project Directors of the DRDAs for  utilizing the funds during the year 2004-05.

 

8.         The District Treasuries Officers shall adjust the amounts indicated against the districts as per the annexure to this proceedings to the PD account of the DRDAs concerned on the strength of the Budget Authorisation/Treasury Relaxation Orders already communicated to the District Treasuries Officers by the Director Treasuries & Accounts, AP, Hyderabad vide reference  6th and 7th   read above.

 

9.     The Project Directors of DRDAs shall incur the expenditure duly following the conditions stipulated by the Government of India and furnish drawal particulars immediately as and when the grants-in-aid allocated to their DRDAs are drawn and also furnish utilisation certificates in due course.
