RESOURCE CELL                                    

The AP model of Poverty eradication through IKP Project has increasingly come to be recognized as the best method for tackling poverty, by the World Bank, Government of India, other States / Countries and International Organizations. 

SERP has received several teams of women SHG members, project staff, VVIPs for exposure into Indira Kranthi Patham project. The teams have come from various states and union territories viz., Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Tamil Nadu, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Chattisgarh, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, etc. We also received teams from different countries such as Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Indonesia, Bangladesh and Nepal. We have also received high level delegations from important organizations, international and national, such as the World Bank, John Hopkins University and the Planning Commission, Government of India.

MANDATE OF THE RESOURCE CELL

The Resource Cell is entrusted with the following responsibilities for replicating the IKP model in different states and countries:

FACILITATION OF IMMERSION PROGRAMMES: 

1. To facilitate immersion / exposure visits for women SHG members, Staff of poverty alleviation projects from different states, VIPs, VVIPs and National & International women SHG members and dignitaries.
2. To facilitate the visiting teams on Social Mobilization concepts through class room sessions as well as field visits for exposure into best interventions of Indira Kranthi Patham (IKP) Project.
3. To conduct feed back sessions in the concerned field visits / immersion which has taken place in the districts where the Project Directors, ZS/ MMS members would get benefited by the impartial comments made by the visitors which helps in effective implementation / interventions in the Project Areas.
