O R D E R:

 

            In G.O.3rd read above, Government have issued detailed instructions for identification of Gram Panchayats and other preparatory works for implementation of Indiramma Phase-II programme.  To ensure that the benefits under INDIRAMMA programme reach eligible beneficiaries, it has been decided to undertake 100% re-verification of the list of the proposed beneficiaries under Indiramma Housing Programme and Social Security Pensions in the selected Gram Panchayats, so as to ensure that (a) no ineligible person is proposed and (b) no eligible person is left out.

           

2.         Government after careful consideration hereby decided to adopt the following strategy for proper re-verification of proposed beneficiaries of Housing programme and Social Security Pensions under Indiramma Phase-II:

 

i)                    District Collectors shall constitute special re-verification teams by deploying Government Officials from various departments of the rank of Senior Assistant and above at the rate of 3 teams per Mandal.  Each team shall comprise of 3 persons.  The re-verification teams thus constituted with the Govt. officials working in a Revenue Division shall be deployed to other Revenue Division. 

 

ii)                  The re-verification teams deployed at the rate of 3 teams per mandal shall be required to take up 100% verification of beneficiaries of Housing; and Social Security Pensions in other Revenue Division.

 

iii)                The District Collectors shall also position one Supervisory Officer for each Mandal to oversee the verification process to ensure that the verification is done as per guidelines.  The supervisory officers shall also undertake verification of 10% of beneficiaries at random in all Gram Panchayats.

 

 

iv)                The Department of Housing and the Department of Rural Development shall prepare simple guidelines and training module for the re-verification teams.

 

v)                  The District Collector shall organize training to the re-verification teams.

 

vi)                Re-verification Teams should be provided the list of beneficiaries recommended by Gram Sabhas. 

 

vii)              Each of the re-verification teams and supervisory officers shall be provided transport support and DA by District Collectors duly meeting the expenditure from out of the funds of Housing and RD Department.

 

viii)            The re-verification teams shall list out the ineligible persons with reasons for classifying the persons as ineligible.  In addition, the list of eligible persons who are leftover, if any, shall also be prepared.  These lists shall be prepared Gram Panchayat wise and Mandal wise. The supervisory officer will hand over the list to MPDO and MPDO will submit to the District Collector, through CEO, ZP.

 

ix)                The District Collectors accordingly should carryout deletion/addition and submit the final list to District Minister Incharge.

 

x)                  The entire process of verification shall be completed as per the following schedule:
